- If you have wing nuts holding the fire pot in, turn a bit so the flame tamer sits flush on the fire pot.
Especially beneficial to those with the slotted sear slider/sear plate.
This product will also help reduce flame-ups/fires due to grease.
Want to sear that steak? Open your sear slider/plate and knock the tamer off the top of the fire pot. We keep it easy over here, no handle involved.
